Church Hill Central meets Monday

The Church Hill Central Civic Association meets Monday, April 19th from 7-8:30PM at the Robinson Theater on Q Street. Scheduled speakers include Lynn McAteer with Better Housing Coalition, Matt Jarreau of Hometown Realty, and Sector 111 Lt. Laino.

Speakers

Lynn McAteer with the Better Housing Coalition, will talk about their current work and future plans for the neighborhood including the Beckstoffer’s development and their involvement in the 25th Street/Nine Mile Promise Neighborhoods Project.

Matt Jarreau of Hometown Realty will speak on trends he sees in Church Hill real estate and blight removal.

Lt. Laino from the RPD’s 1st precinct will provide a community safety update and talk about CHCCA’s next community walk
scheduled for May 2nd..
