Style Weekly gives the cover to Alicia Rasin this week.
Thanks Alicia for all you do to comfort families and friends during what must be the saddest and darkest moments of their lives. It takes a lot of courage and faith to take on this task. I am honored to count you as a friend.
Alicia,
Thanks for reaching out to those is need. You are an inspiration to all.
She’s a flat out racist. Only comforts people of color….anyone care to dispute this?
re to june second posting – are you saying you reached out to ms. rasin, in need, and she wouldn’t help you? I met Ms. Rasin during the most horrifying phase of my life, someone very much loved was taken from our family in a random act of violence. we were in a state of shock and disbelief. we were lost and needed help. I called Ms. Rasin, she helped us at the funeral home, arranged the vigil, set up interviews, and called to check on us. During the initial calls, she asked lots of questions, non of which pertained to my race, she was an angel of mercy to us, I cannot express how grateful we are to her, she remains in our prayers. So, in answer to your question, yes, i would care to dispute your comment; as my color is white. God bless you, Ms Alicia Rasin and Thank you.
