East End Transformation Charrette kicks off on Wednesday
06/01/2010 4:00 PM by John M
The East End Transformation Charrette kicks off on Wednesday, June 2 with an Opening Presentation from 5–6:30PM at the Robinson Theater. (See the schedule for the entire week.)
I attended the Transportation and Infrastructure meeting today. It was great to see so many citizens attend and participate.
Planners with the design firm have their work stations set up in the big conference room. Maps and drawings everywhere. It’s all very interesting.
The designers really need as many citizens as possible to drop by the Family Resource Center and share thoughts and ideas. Please make time this week/weekend to visit and give input.
wot’s this all aboot?
It was a really encouraging meeting. The attendance alone, which reached to the level of standing room only, shows what a great neighborhood and neighbors we all share.
Any reports from the meeting?
