The Church Hill Chase

Give me Liberty or give me a Ravenchase! Think you know the Hill? Think again. This multi level, treasure hunt and adventure race, will take you racing to the great historical landmarks as well as some of the Church Hill’s most overlooked and obscure sights. This race has two levels. One for beginners and one for advanced.

This was submitted to us with no more info. Anybody know where this begins, who is putting in on, etc?

City Council Formal Meeting

Mon Sep 27 6:00 pm
Every 2nd and 4th Mon – Responsible for deciding official Council action, which includes discussing, adopting, rejecting, and amending laws and approving the budget. Formal meetings include a time for pubic comment and are televised live on the local PBS station and are replayed in Richmond on Government Access Channel 17, beginning at Noon and 7:00 p.m. daily.

Richmond Council Chambers, Richmond City Hall, 2nd floor; 900 E. Broad Street

Frequency
Typically the second and forth Monday of each month; 6:00-8:30 p.m. (With the exception of August, when no Formal meetings are held, and holidays)

The 2nd Annual Tricycle Gardens Harvest Dinner will be October 2, 2010, at the Robinson Theater. They’ll be roasting a hog on-site, will have restaurants cooking, too, like last year, wine, beer, a signature Tricycle Gardens cocktail, silent auction and bluegrass from Scattered, Smothered and Covered.
