Quick arrests in killing on Oliver Hill Way
Richmond Police have arrested three people suspected of being involved in the death of a man found yesterday morning in the vacant building at 908 Oliver Hill Way. Mary L. Smith, 38, of the 00 block of East Broad Street, Aaron Tripoli, 23, of the 100 block of East Franklin Street, and John Miglucci, 31, of no known address, were each arrested and charged with conspiracy to commit murder.

At approximately 11 a.m. [yesterday morning], a passerby looked inside a vacant building at 908 Oliver Hill Way and saw a person down. Police were called and within minutes officers arrived and found a black male dead inside the structure.
Detectives have classified the case a homicide.
Information on the victim’s identity can not yet be released.
Photos of the three persons arrested are not yet available.

This is only the 2nd homicide this year in Sectors 111/113.
At 11 a.m. Thursday, June 16, a passer-by discovered the body of man in a vacant building in the 900 block of Oliver Hill Way. That man has been identified as David Eugene Brown, 50, of Richmond. Brown did not have a permanent address.
Richmond Police detectives have exhausted all means to identify and notify Brown’s relatives of his death. He was known to frequent the areas of Monroe Park and 18th and Broad streets. He is a black male, 5 feet 8 inches tall and weighing about 160 pounds.
