Sustainable East End Development – Church Hill (SEED-CH) is opening a new Community Garden at 28th & Tate Streets near Woodville ES:
This garden is first of many we hope that will serve the local community which does not have access to fresh produce and healthy food. This garden will be free and serve as a community space encouraging discussion on family, social and economic justice.
The opening is on November 12th from 11:30-4:30. We are looking for folks to donate meat for the grill or side salads and healthy side dishes! Please let us know if you would be willing to cook something or donate toward this cause and we would be happy to pick it up from you! Thank you for your continued support of gardening in Richmond for everyone!
Yes! Bring on the community gardens! I hope they open one in my neighborhood, near Mosby South.
Go Woodville!
I would love to contribute a large healthy side. Who do I contact and how?
Collective housing? Good luck with that.
Do I get a free membership into the Industrial Workers of the World too?
