Amazing Grace Lecture and Reception with Kevin Powell

The Peter Paul Development Center, located in Church Hill, is celebrating 32 years of educational leadership in Richmond’s East End at its third annual Amazing Grace event. The 2012 event will feature political activist, poet, journalist, entrepreneur and candidate for US Congress Kevin Powell. Kevin is also the author of ten books including The Black Male Handbook: A Blueprint for Life and Open Letters to America. The event, held at Univ. of Richmond Jepson Alumni Center, is $75/person and all proceeds benefit the Peter Paul Development Center. To reserve your tickets, email dlripperton@peterpauldevcenter.org.
