The agenda for the Commission of Architectural Review Agenda set for Tuesday, August 28 (PDF) includes two local projects: 2707 E GRACE ST Construct new addition; 3120 E MARSHALL ST Modify existing storefront.
Anybody know anything about what the proposed derelict ordinance is about? Any chance it might be giving the city some real teeth to be able to go after abandoned houses?
#1 – Yes to your second question, according to city staffers who’ve spoken at several meetings during the last few months.
The new plans for Blue Wheeler look great. Props to the owners for making this place look less like a military bunker. Hopefully having the staff able to look out on the street will deter the local drug dealer from conducting his business in front of the store.
