Police seeking man with distinctive tattoo of a human eye

An alert from Sector 111 Lieutenant Minton (Daniel.Minton@richmondgov.com) today:

I’m looking for any information on a black male with a tattoo of a human eye design on the left inner wrist area. This tattoo should have a distinct eye design and possibly some other designs. Any person you come across that has even a similar tattoo to the one described above please pass the name and information along to me.
