Though that imposing grille and lack of badging make it a little hard to tell, this is a 1960 Cadillac Coupe De Ville.

I’d just finished taking pictures of it in Church Hill when I was sternly tested on the veracity of my English background by a neighbor. He went on to talk about how American cars of this era were overlarge and handled poorly (a point I had to concede). But he had a soft spot in his heart for the Covair.
