My family and I are looking for a nice 2+ bedroom home with a fence in the Church Hill area by June 1 (closer to chimborazo park not mosby court would be ideal).
It’s a bit last minute but due to jobs we need to move.
I’ve been on craigslist but only found a couple places. If anyone has suggestions or options please let me know.
Unfortunately it is not June 1- … but it is June 17…if you can wait a bit. We are SAD to leave this house, but the wife is taking us to Texas for her job. This house will be ready around the 20th of June. We found a great property manager who has created this listing. We have two dogs and the backyard is amazing for them.

Theres a place for rent on the corner of broad and 32nd with Chimborazo park in the front yard. It’s the upstairs unit. IDK if it’s 2 beds or just one. Has a small fenced in yard that’s shared with the downstairs unit.
Check with Fran Brooks at http://www.RentinRichmond.com. She typically has some listing in the Church Hill area. I’ve worked with her before and she is a delight!
Is it ok if it’s close to one of the other Courts instead (just not Mosby)?
Check with David Cooley about the house at 2200 E. Marshall St. It just vacated.
