CAR to consider 4 new buildings, renovation on Venable Street

The agenda for the Tuesday, November 26, 2013 meeting of the Commission of Architectural Review includes a number of local projects: 1921 PRINCESS ANNE AVE Install sculpture in Jefferson Park; 417 N 22ND ST PN Construct new mixed-use building; 869 N 22ND ST Replace windows; 2008 CEDAR ST Construct new duplex; 719 N 22ND ST Construct new multifamily dwelling; 2011 VENABLE ST Rehabilitate residence and reconstruct façade; 2709 E MARSHALL ST Paint previously-painted brick building; 610 N 21ST ST Paint unpainted brick façade; 2118 MST Construct new residence.

The meeting will be held at 3:30 PM in the 5th Floor Conference Room of City Hall.
