Aren’t the palm trees actually on Franklin Street, possibly the photo was shot from the corner of 28th and Franklin?

A lot going on in that yard! I didn’t even know banana trees grew in Virginia. I had them outside my door in Mobile, AL and courtyards in New Orleans. You have to cut them down to the ground each year and they grow full size every year – amazing plant that grow hype fast. If you don’t cut them they don’t produce fruit.
