The 1st issue of the recently re-launched (& Church Hill-based) Anti-Mag (an online magazine “geared toward spotlighting artists, musicians, writers, designers and all those doing something extraordinary”) is all about Richmond folks.
Check out local talent chef Justin Cropper at Union Market and Sub Rosa’s Evrim and Evin Dogu in the mix.

What a nice story about Justin Cropper. I love how when he has time, he’ll walk thru the Union Mkt dinning room and ask what we think of the food we’re eating. What a caring, professional dude. And he’ll always patiently explain how he achieves those really amazing tastes. I don’t think he’s ever gonna run out of inventive recipes for us. Nice to have him nearby.
