The agenda for the Tuesday, May 27, 2014 meeting of the Commission of Architectural Review (PDF) includes a number of local projects:
- 425 N 26TH ST Modify window and door openings
- 1006 N 25TH ST Paint previously-painted brick
- 1903 E MARSHALL ST Construct new multi-family dwelling
- 2306 E GRACE ST Replace brick steps
- 308 N 21ST ST Revise previously-approved plans for new single family dwelling
- 307 N 21ST ST Demolish and rebuild single-family dwelling
- CONCEPTUAL REVIEW 2912 – 2912 1/2 E. Leigh Construct new attached single-family dwellings
Looks like this is the same group that tried to build the apartments at 1903 Marshall a couple of years ago. Did they not receive approval the first time?
