Trailer stolen on Broad Street
06/13/2014 8:07 AM by John M
I missed Roger’s email when it first came in…
[A little over a week ago] my trailer with all my lawn care equipment was stolen. Somebody took the trailer out of the hitch of my truck. This happened on the corner of E Broad and N32nd Str by the church.
About 5 days ago I left my lawn-mower out over-night near venable street and it got taken.
I left my iPhone on my front flower bed ledge, while I ran around to my shed to grab something for a minute. When I came back it was gone. (Yea i know im an idiot). Luckily I had a passlock on the phone..
I tried the location services, but they turned in off immediately and evidentally reformated it…. So it never popped up.
I guess its that time of year…..
That absolutely stinks. I’m sorry this happened to you! Hopefully there was some insurance to help you recoup your losses.
A few years ago I went to Bellwood Market in Chesterfield and it was chock full of lawn and construction equipment that walked off of jobsites. I’m sure you’ve been watching Craigslist but it might be worth looking there too. Good Luck getting your stuff back.
This trailer was stolen from my neighbor Roger the night of 6/2. The trailer was parked beside the Mt. Carmel Baptist Church in the 300 block of N 32nd Street. The trailer is a flat bed trailer, was connected to a bright yellow pick up truck, and the model brand is Holmes. The trailer held lawn care equipment, specifically 2 Husqvarna lawn mowers – a professional series riding mower and a 4-wheel drive push mower. Roger is offering a $1,000 reward for any information that leads to the return of his equipment and trailer. Roger can be contacted directly at 804.928.9395.
