Community pot luck picnic and school supply drive on Tuesday

On Tuesday, August 19 at 6:30 PM the Church Hill Association will be having a community pot luck picnic and school supply drive.

This event is open to all members of the Church Hill Community and will take place at the house of Tom Wilds and Genni Sasnett at 2617 E. Franklin Street. Please bring chairs or blankets and a dish to share based on the first letter of your last name as follows: A to F: Dessert, G to R: Main Course, S to Z: Salad or side. Please do not bring Pets.

Also, to help support our neighborhood elementary schools, everyone who can afford to do so is encouraged to bring school supplies for the upcoming school year, or a contribution by check to “Chimborazo PTA” or “Bellevue PTA”. Please do not bring cash. Join us in filling boxes with School Supplies!

• crayons 24 pack,
• dry erase markers,

• glue bottle,

• pencil pouch,
• pencil no. 2,
• pens erasable,
• primary pencils,
• ruler,
• scissors blunt,
• spiral notebook,
• tissues,
• writing pads.
