MPACT Goes Pink October 22, 2014

Please join us on Wednesday, October 22, 2014 at EDI (East District Center), 701 N. 25th St., 1st Floor Conference Room at 6PM for a very special 1st Precinct MPACT Meeting. The Mayor’s Participation, Action, and Communication Team will host a Breast Cancer Awareness event, featuring guest speakers from HCA Virginia and Susan G. Komen Central Virginia. Pastor Patricia Gould-Champ of Faith Community Baptist Church, will also be available to share her inspirational story of how she defeated breast cancer. The meeting will wrap up with a book signing for her new book, The Gospel According to Cancer.
