What about the person walking the dog across the street? I wonder if they noticed anything or got a description?
I agree #1
Seemed pretty easy to take…try chaining a few things together such as mower bike an something else awkward…harder to walk around wit a few things chained together!
You have to be a total, sad loser to steal lawnmowers…pathetic
lowlife scum….
It may be a good thing the dog walker didn’t notice anything. They may have gone from observer to victim real fast.
As neighbors, we really need to start locking things up. If we make it easy pickin’s around here, we are contributing to the crime rate by making it a prime neighborhood to rob.
Another neighbor, most of these thefts are locked items that are getting stolen. Behind locked fences and in locked sheds. I would say it’s not fair to say because some people do not lock, or forget to lock things up, contribute they contribute to crimes. If this was the case no one would have chairs, mats or even plants on their porches… Then what does it start to look like? A cell block or Creighton court.
Wonder if these are the same folks who cut the lock on and stole my mower in the 600 block of 33rd earlier on the same day.
Our lawnmower and other yard tools were also stolen a week ago from the 3200 block of E Broad… Broke in a locked garage from the alley facing 33rd Street… directly across from where this video was recorded!
This lawn mower was not locked up. It does not appear so, at least.
If these people had to get up early for school or work they couldn’t be up in the middle of the night roaming around.
