Six displaced by early morning fire on Mechanicsville Turnpike

WTVR is reporting that that 3 children and 3 adults were displaced after an early morning electrical fire at 1611 Mechanicsville Turnpike.
The house is owned by Gayton Investment Group, one of 19 properties owned by the company (including apartment buildings on Phaup Street, at 30th and R Streets, and in Sugar Bottom).
