Arrest made in Fulton double shooting

Richmond Police detectives have charged Xzoyloysius Wood, Jr., 19, of the 4100 block of North Avenue with Aggravated Assault in connection with an incident that occurred shortly after 9:00 p.m. Friday in Powhatan Hill Park.
Two men were shot during the incident. Wood has been charged in connection with one of those shootings. He was uninjured.
Detectives are continuing their investigation and expect to make another arrest.

Man, this guy loves shooting people. Click his name link and it’s not the first time he’s been busted shooting someone in the past 18 months.
Why is this guy still on the street? Has he been at large since the other shooting in 2013?
No, he was not wanted since the previous shooting.
