PIZZA 2000’s “Spinach / Escarole / Ramps” tonight at Sub Rosa

PIZZA 2000 returns to Sub Rosa tonight to put a bright end to your rainy weekend:

We’re offering three pizzas [Sunday] night, although there are limited quantities of each. First, Tomten Farms’ spinach with pine nuts. Second, Tomten escarole with raisons and capers. And third, Ramps foraged this afternoon from Blacksburg, VA with Romesco sauce.

Beer and wine will be offered and sales will benefit Tricycle Gardens. BYOB is also fine so long as a donation is made to Tricycle Gardens. Limit of two pizzas per person. Hope to see you all there!
