Subd. No. 2015-010 Preliminary approval of the Church Hill North subdivision at 1501 and 1611 North 31st Street (82 lots).

What an amazing concept. I can’t wait to see this come to fruition!
I am really pleased with these drawings. Seems like a good density and I like seeing the alleys and street designs that seem compatible with the neighborhood.

So wait… Church Hill North Subdivision is the official name? If so, great! Can the rest of the subdivisions finally be recognized?
