Anybody looking for a set of kittens?

I live on the 1300 block of N. 27th and was walking my dog [Sunday] morning and saw 4 (maybe 5) itty bitty kittens in the yard of an uninhabited house at 1325 N. 28th. I doubt that they belong to anyone, but they are very cute.
I am allergic to cats so I am unable to catch them and take them to the SPCA or anything like that, but perhaps there is someone in our community who is better suited to take on finding these little kittens a home.
Please call richmond animal care and control and an officer will come out and take them. If they aren’t socialized younger than 12 weeks they will be feral and not be able to be adoptable. Since you know where they are and have seen them you need to be the one to call.
