New investment on 25th Street

The mixed-use building at 1111 North 25th Street, for sale since early 2014 and listed for $350,000 for a while, sold recently for $285,000.
The new owner of the building is listed as ELEVEN ELEVEN 25TH LLC of 119 TEMPSFORD LN, RICHMOND, VA 23226-2318. Also at this address? Steven & Katherine Markel of the Steven & Katherine Markel Foundation.
Anybody got contacts with the Markels?
A harbinger for the advancement of that corridor per the city’s 2011 study? I hope so. Also, don’t people typically use P.O. Boxes to avoid this sort of attention?
The Markels are good and generous people. This is indisputably good news.
1125 N 25th St (empty lot two doors down from this green place) also just sold. Also to ELEVEN ELEVEN 25TH LLC C/O STEVEN A MARKEL. Anyone know what is being planned for this? So curious.
Also the old pharmacy/medical office building across the street just sold too, same owner. The non-profit office building they did on this block is great.
