Triple Crossing Brewing expanding to Fulton
From the press release:
We are very excited to announce that Triple Crossing Brewing Co. has purchased a property located in the Greater Fulton Community. The site has a great view of the Richmond skyline and sits on just over 4 acres. The 30,000 sq foot building will allow us to grow our production output while providing a unique tasting room and outdoor experience. We plan to focus on providing fresh draft and can beer to the market from this location, beginning with our mainstay, Falcon Smash IPA. Our tasting room at 113 S Foushee St will remain open as we provide offerings at both locations.
The Fulton Community is an area of the city that we feel has unmatched growth potential, and we can’t wait to share our vision for the property. We evaluated a number of areas with the help of Jones Lang LaSalle before deciding on this building. The financing for this project is aided predominantly by First Capital Bank (now Park Sterling) and counsel from LeClair Ryan.
Richmond continues to be nationally recognized as a great destination for its history, food, beer and uniqueness as a river city, and we hope to continue helping that recognition grow by making a significant investment in this fast-growing Fulton community. There have been a lot of friends that have helped us get to this point and we are forever grateful for them. The support of the Richmond community has been unbelievable and we cannot wait to help be a part of the Greater Fulton Community.
Many thanks for your continued support,
The Triple Crossing Team

Ah-mazing!!!!
Now we need a brewery in the warehouse property just off of Government near Chimborazo, that’s been for sale for years.
man this is awesome. These guys make some incredible brews!
Is the city giving these folks any money for the new facility? Oh wait of course not, Mayor D. Jones only gives city money to brewery’s from out of town. Way to grow Triple!
Breweries good. Captain Buzzy’s serving alcohol bad? Maybe if they promised to only serve local beer….
My wife and I used to walk on Saturday with our daughter, her friend and her parents from Jackson Ward to their Foushee street location. Now that we live in Church Hill we will be walking to this location. It is all about the children.
I’d love to see a comparison of square footage of brewing space and/or brewing output between Fulton and Scott’s Addition a year or two from now. The addition of Triple to Stone’s huge base is going to be a magnet for other brewers to locate in the vicinity, perhaps even outpacing Scott’s Addition at some point.
I agree Matt. I think SA is going to turn into more ‘storefront’ visibility and the beer brands will eventually move to bigger quarters (hopefully in Fulton) to fulfill production demands. Hopefully the city will plan accordingly and not let another slip away to Goochland. I mean, we gotta do it… for the kids. It’s all about the children!
This is great!! Let’s hope that this attracts more businesses (restaurants especially) to that area.
And how about a nice grocery store??
