There is now water in the Jefferson Park Fountain

Pump too strong by the picture. Need to regulate the pressure so all the water doesn’t spray out but rather trickle down.
I think it might be missing a piece at the top that would direct the water downward.
The lights are on too. It is just amazing. Some folks like a powerful flow, other prefer a trickle. 🙂
Fine today without wind. But fountains are like men, you don’t know from day to day how they are going to spray or flow. If at all.
Is it level? The water is the bottom bowl this morning was cascading out on the west side — in other words, not spilling out evenly around the entire bowl as it should.
The fountain is leaning. The City has assured the gospel that it will be levelled.

I meant to say The City has assured the Friends of Jefferson Park (FOJP) that the fountain would be leveled. And that is the gospel. Dedication is at sunset on Earth Day- April 22nd.
