Imminent demolition on 21st Street

The house at 1204 North 21st Street, vacant since at least the early 2000s, has been declared to be unsafe and is facing imminent demolition. The front of the building appears detached and the back of the building is bulging alarmingly.

The property is owned by Taylor’s Vision LLC, who own 3 other properties in the area, including the law offices of John L. Taylor on the 25th Street traffic circle and a recently demolished house at 1712 North 20th Street.
