Updated plans for Jefferson Avenue development at UHCA meeting on Wednesday

This month’s Union Hill Civic Association meeting will held Wednesday April 13, 2016 at 7:00 PM.
One of the items on the agenda will update on the proposed development on the triangle between Jefferson, 24th, and M Streets. Daniil Kleyman says “We have been making pretty significant redesigns of this project and will have some updated (not final) plans to show.”

Last minute agenda in an email list 6 items, including discussion of 2308 Jefferson Avenue Project (Krumbein) but there is nothing on the agenda about a development project at the triangle Jefferson/M St/24th St. Items listed are 1) Jefferson Park Peace Fountain dedication; 2) Richmond & GRTC open meetings; 3) Recruiting volunteers for Blue Sky’s East End games; 4) Del. McClellan update; 5) Krumbein project; and 6) UHCA officer election.
