Mixed-used proposed for 25th Street

Garrett Augustine would like to construct a mixed-use building on the the vacant lot at 1121 North 25th Street, very near where the new grocery store will be built and directly adjacent to another building that appears to have change potential.

Augustine will have to secure a special use permit to meet off-street parking requirements for a restaurant, office, etc.

The design appears to closely resemble the new mixed-use building at 417 North 22nd Street
