Documenting the rebirth of Carrington Square (1960s)

In October of 2014, a cache of photos and documents from the estate of Bruce English (1960s president of the Historic Richmond Foundation) appeared at Cold Harbor Antiques. A collection was raised, and the documents were purchased to be scanned, shared and donated to a good home.

The first two sets of photos (A Talk With Philip Johnson (1968) and Dedication of the WRVA Building (1968) were published that November.

The scanned photos and documents below from Carrington Square and the surrounding area are the final installment. The images have also been added to the Church Hill Flickr group.
