MEAT CLUB is coming to Union Market

MEAT CLUB is coming to Union Market in mid-May.

The Fan’s JM Stock Provisions this past week announced the launch of MEAT CLUB, a subscription-based program offering rotating selection of JM Stock products and special discounts. Each meat share contains a mix of of house-butchered cuts, sausage, ground meat, bacons, and more, all sourced from local farms and offered at a 10-12% savings compared to retail prices.

“We see this program reaching a range of customers – from single cooks to large families – who need more flexibility and convenience from their butcher,” says James Lum, owner at JM Stock Provisions. “Most importantly, we see it as a way to make a meaningful investment in local farms and sustainable agriculture.”

Members can get their weekly MEAT CLUB pick up at either of the JM Stock shops (Richmond/Charlottesville) or Union Market in Church Hill on Tuesdays, The Veil Brewing Co. on Sundays, or at Starr Hill Brewery in Crozet on Wednesdays.
