Good PR.
I wish he would stop this happy bullshit and get to work…there’s alot to do- GET BUSY!
🙂 May have to crash a different date as our district is during Batteau festival. Thanks!
@Kay9 Yeah, I hate seeing the Mayor interacting with his constituents too. I wish he would sit behind his desk and stay there! You know, get to work and make decisions on how our taxes will be allocated and how our city will be run without the input of those he represents. There’s no way he can arrange his schedule in advance so he can spend one hour after business hours to meet with each of the districts. I just don’t know how one person, with a support staff, can meet with his city AND get work done. Heaven forbid he interacts with the youth of this city and gets them interested in their local government! Can you imagine!? You should go to one of these meetings and discuss this with him. It’s not like he is doing anything else besides happy bullshit.
1RVA thumbs up!!
Kay9 thumbs down!
@1RVA…Results matter. Let’s see some.
#6 -Stoney just pledged our city to its very own Paris climate agreement, a huge step forward toward protecting Richmond’s citizens from murder: http://abcnews.go.com/Technology/wireStory/conference-us-mayors-shape-national-climate-policy-48253627
See? Results from the mayor’s office.
@ Mary- Why am I not surprised? Political grandstanding–he’s great at it. Producing meaningful results for Richmond taxpayers–not so much!
The problems plaguing Richmond are staring at us in the face. What nimrod has to conduct polls, chat sessions, and surveys to identify what the problems are? Apparently, there are at least two…Stoney and Newbille. When are these two going to GET TO WORK and ACCOMPLISH MEANINGFUL RESULTS? They weren’t elected to spend the kind of wasteful time and energy they’re spending on these asinine causes. Mr. Mayor, what are you doing to address today’s problems? Isn’t that your job?
Here’s some feedback from one of your chat sessions- GET TO WORK!
