TREASURER
The fun parts of this race are: (1) Nobody really knows what the Treasurer does, and (2) former City Council president and former mayoral hopeful Michelle Mosby will be running for Treasurer as an Independent in the fall.
The likely next Treasurer of the city of Richmond, though, is Nichole Ona R. Armstead, having beaten Tavarris J. Spinks in race that was less close than expected.

SHERIFF
Antoinette Irving has been running against C.T.Woody on the regular since 2009. This year she closed out the polls giving high fives at EDI on 25th Street, and finishes primary day as the new Democratic Party nominee for Sheriff.

Was glad to see my votes made a difference yesterday. Also enjoyed my brief chat with Sheriff(?) Irving outside of polling station.
