Man arrested in 2016 rape

The Richmond Police Department, with the assistance of the U.S. Marshals Regional Fugitive Task Force, has arrested Defrederick Young, Jr., 35, of the 1600 block of North 28th Street for a rape that occurred last July in the city. Young was taken into custody without incident on Monday, June 12, in Newport News.
