I found a beautiful sweet female pit at the corner of 24th and Venable morning. She was clearly accustomed to people – she was wearing a pink harness and tried to follow me and a couple gentleman around for a while. It’s too early for Animal Control or the SPCA to be open, so I had to leave her.
Owner here. I found her and the new hole dug under the fence . Thanks for looking out!
