Demolished on 35th Street
06/25/2017 8:05 PM by John M
The house at 1107 North 35th Street, vacant since at least 2009, was demolished at some point in the very recent past.
The property was owned from 2004 until recently by Clayton Investment Group, a group which at one point was connected to at least 90 vacant houses in the city – many of them in the East End, and a number of which have been demolished in recent years after a span of outright neglect.

Sad as it looks like it could have been salvaged and had a nice looking landscaped lot.
Easter Richmond looks like a war zone with all those vacant lots full of trash. That might as we’ll leave the buildings. Atleast the rubbish would stay inside.

@Eric – that photo is from 2009. Not sure what the more recent condition was like
@J – Given the real estate market these days, this vacant lot is likely intended for a new home on the near future
I can’t believe it looked that good in 2009
Because this place was about to collapse. Just goes to show how important it is to get our hands on these tax delinquent properties Because mother nature is not kind to them
