Agenda for 5/26 CAR meeting

The agenda for the May 26 Commission of Architectural Review meeting (PDF) has a few projects in the area: 3412 E MARSHALL ST – Removal of metal porch awning; 201 N 19TH ST – Convert 1994 warehouse for commercial/residential use; 1816-1822 E FRANKLIN ST – Renovation of two existing commercial buildings; 3005 E MARSHALL ST- Replace wood siding with HardiPlank, trim repair/replace in kind; 2100 E BROAD ST – Widen porch to restore symmetrical condition; 314 N 25TH ST – Restore façade windows and replace others with vinyl sash. The Commission will also be considering proposed revisions to the CAR guidelines (PDF).
