Small’s Pre-Civil War House Tour opens historic homes

Small & Associates Real Estate will be hosting a Pre-Civil War House Tour this Saturday from 10AM-1PM. Five historic houses are for sale and open to view.

I’m familiar with the one at 405 N 27th, GREAT renovation job on that one.
CORRECTION to source – 2820 East GRACE Street, not Broad Street.
somehow 2820 got moved to broad st… its actually 2820 E Grace street!! Our surprise there will be the presence of Richmond Author Harry Kollatz with his new book Ragtime in Richmond from 11 to noon !
