Henry Otis Brown needs your help!
08/03/2009 4:06 PM by John M
The Friends of Henry Otis Brown for Delegate need your help! They are (apparently) attempting to put one of their signs on every vacant storefront in the neighborhood, and need know if any have been missed…
“I’d prefer to be a sign holder for Henry Otis Brown”
and this is legal???
does that mean one campaign pledge is to get rehab done and business back in those spaces?
If so I know how I vote!
Unless permission by the owner was given, they’re posted illegally. The downward spiral continues.
Isn’t that trespassing?
It’s my understanding that no sign can be put on public right of way (including commercial advertising), and no sign can be put on private property without the permission of the owner.
Are we allowed to take them down?
