In an email this afternoon, CHAT Executive Director Chris Whiting announced the opening of a 3rd tutoring location:

Today is a big day in the life of CHAT as we open up a third home as an additional tutoring site and welcome in new students. The doors to 1309 North 20th Street, which we have named “The Twenty,” and is the home to Murray and Lauren Withrow, will be open today for tutoring! The site will serve students based upon geography, including new students and some students that we already serve but live close to the Twenty.

Tutoring will be from 5:30 to 7 PM on Monday’s and Tuesdays at all three sites:

The Lighthouse (601 N 31st Street) – serving youth 3rd grade and up
The Twenty (1309 N 20th Street) – serving youth 3rd grade and up
The Strickland’s (706 Chimborazo Blvd) – Serving Little Tykes (PK – 2nd grade)
We are asking tutors to still come to the Lighthouse for tutoring (unless specifically asked by Murray to come to his house).

There will be an orientation today from 4:30 to 5PM at the Lighthouse for new volunteers looking to get oriented to CHAT.
