Fire on Q Street

There was a family of 7 that lived in the home. The grandmother has lived there since the 1950’s. The house has been condemned. We live in the house next door (the blue one) and were glad that we were home to help out. Just a word to all of the CH homeowners – be careful with your electrical systems and make sure you have working smoke detectors. Its a crappy time of the year to lose everything. Especially for our wonderful neighbors.

That’s just stinks that the RFD has had to cut back coverage like that. I reckon Church Hillians should start up a bucket brigade.
