Lost dog at Libby Hill Park

Sugar pulled me down yesterday in an attempt to chase a cat — she still had her leash attached. She is part German Sheppard and maybe Hound, she has a short hair, brown and black coat. She was last observed in Libby Hill park.
Was this just sent in? I saw this dog last night and when I was trying to bring her into my house, a neighbor came out and said it was another neighbor’s dog and took the dog…
Yep, came in this morning.
ridiculous. i knew something was off! i hope she is found soon. what an awful night to be kept outside…
Also- from my experience last night, Sugar will come up to you but will kind of run around you. She gets a little skiddish when you reach out to her.
Sugar is home and ok!
