Agenda for the 1/26 CAR meeting

The agenda for the January 26 Commission of Architectural Review meeting (PDF) includes 3 projects in the area: 404 N 27TH ST – Install hand rails to match existing balusters; 2512 E GRACE ST – Modify existing rear addition; 619-627 N 28TH ST – Revise earlier approval of construction of new duplexes.
The Commission of Architectural Review’s Task Force will be holding a public hearing this Thursday, February 4th at 6:30 pm. This is an opportunity for those who live in an Old & Historic District to express thier opinion on the changes to the CAR membership, guidelines and process. If you care about these changes try to attend. Don’t let the (active) few speak for us all.
