Before and after on Marshall Street

It was just about a year ago that this then-crooked and raggedy house was much appreciated. In a neat turn of events, it has been straightened and almost completely restored in that time…
I have to include a shot of the view from the house, too, if for no other reason than all of the green is proof that winter will in fact one day pass:
It’s so nice to see this place fixed up. It really looks awesome.
Wow, what a difference! That last shot showing the view from upstairs is great, John, thanks for the reminder that there will eventually be green out there!
Way to go, Restoration Builders of Va., Inc. – including Josh and David Cooley!
I was fortunate enough to see the interior recently – it looks just as amazing inside!
I’m sure it’s because I’m tired and haven’t seen the neighborhood in daylight, but what’s the cross-street? It looks like 22nd or 23rd to me.
The house is located at the Northeast corner of 22nd & Marshall. It looks asbsolutely great!
Thanks, Michael! I’ll check it out; that’s one block from me! 🙂
Anyone interested in seeing the final results of this great restoration should come by this Sunday, 3/7, from 1:00 – 3:00 for an open house. Bring anyone you know who is looking to buy in Church Hill. This is a terrific house, in a good location, and has an awesome view.
Bill, great timing for the open house so far as having had it here on the blog – I hope the weather holds out, too!
Anther open house this Sunday if you want to check out the inside…
And, if you buy it, you’ll have great neighbors!
