Regarding Silverline Security
A reader writes in with a heads-up on Silverline Security:
A guy named Michael Richeson came by our door today to offer what sounds like an unbelievably good deal in “upgrading” our home security system. The company gets terrible reviews (bait/switch) online, and I wanted to call attention to it on here. They are targeting homes with existing security systems. The reviews of others’ experiences with salesmen online mimic the one that I just had, so it seems like the complaints are legit. Do your own research, but this seems very suspect.
Also, with comments like “between me, you and your neighbor, we’re about the only white people up here”, makes me sure that we don’t want to be supporting such a business, regardless of the staggering number of negative reviews.
TAGGED: Silverline Security
I just had a situation with them. Getting my brinks reconnected as I write this. The system we supposed to upgrade my existing system with a cellular based unit so I would not have to worry about thieves cutting my phone lines when they try to break in. Had the system for 2 days and it did not work. Cancelled on the 3rd day. Have to pay $60/hr to get the old system reconnected.
Regarding the “only whites” comment, I want to applaud you for not falling for that kind of ignorance. I am black and I was hit with ” not to talk bad about your neighbors but your house looks better then the rest and it would help us with advertising to have our sign in Front of your house”.
Sign will be in the dump come Thursday trash pick up. Might be exactly where it belongs.
They are hitting up Northside now! I called the police on them.
Yeah, we receive “security” salespeople about 4-6 times a year. They use scare tactics, make inappropriate comments about our neighbors and are rather forceful. I have had to ask one guy to leave SEVERAL times and when he didn’t comply I had to threaten to call the police before he would leave.
I have written to these companies to complain and wrote to Silverline this morning after an 8:30pm visit last night from a representative whose first words when my husband opened the door were, “Don’t worry, I’m not trying to sell you anything.” He then implied we were crazy for living in Fulton without his security system and was rude when my husband said he was going to get back to what he had been doing.
I’m tired of these companies coming into our neighborhood trying to scare us into buying their wares. I’m posting a NO SOLICITORS sign today!
I wasn’t home when they came, but my wife was, and they tried to scare her too.
I was going to have some things to say if they came back.
They were wearing khaki shorts/pants, and a blue shirt. They came to us a week ago, and I saw them on 22nd shortly after.
I concur with what’s been said: Do not support them, and don’t even bother answering the door if you see the outfit.
Since they had been in the neighborhood last week, and my neighbor sent out a warning, I was prepared. I kept them on my front porch for 30 min. while I found an excuse to run inside, call the police, and wait for officers to show up. In doing so, I had to bite my tongue when the salesmen tried lines like “you could get attacked and forced into your house.” Please.
I don’t think they’ll bother with my street again after the cops took their information. Also, they skipped all the black people on my street (considering we were all sitting out on our porches enjoying the beautiful day, it wasn’t too hard to pick out the vulnerable white girl). Don’t just ignore them, make sure they know they aren’t welcome, and warn your neighbors who don’t have internet access!
They hit my house last Friday, they wearing orange polo shirt and no id badges. The one guy would not give me his name or his company phone number. He was trying to tell me there was a ton of break ins along North Ave, which I know was not true.
At that point I told him to get his “happy butt” off my front porch. And called the police.
I just called and left message for VP of this company reguesting a call back.
Hi everyone-
My name is Katelyn and I am with Channel 8 News here in Richmond… we are working on this story and I was wondering if anyone would be willing to talk with me to help get the story out and alert other members of your community. I can be reached at 804-356-0129 or emailed at ksherwood@wric.com
Thanks!
Katelyn
Too bad I haven’t been contacted (yet) or I’d gladly call channel 8. I love it when the other media picks up on chpn stories!
They just hit my house too. The guy said he was upgrading my system for free because of a string of break-ins in the area “making the company look bad” I asked if he represented ADT and he said no, that it was all politics and GE couldn’t say they were ADT. Thank you all for posting these events, makes me feel better for being concerned.
I should have never opened the door.
Sorry to say they hit my house.. talking to a roommate.. when I appeared and heard who they were just told them to get the hell off my porch.
Yeah, I actually worked for them as a technician for about two weeks. They are a Mormon ran company, I am not a mormon. I was let go because they didn’t have enough work for me, but they were bringing in more mormon technicians in.
Yes they are a shady group of people over at silverline, it really ticks me off when companies like this tarnish the security industry. It makes it harder for the good honest hard working companies to actually make it in the industry.
So, let me get this straight: a Mormon-run company sends young men, in groups of two, to convince you to buy their home security system? And, they try to scare you out of your current security system by ensuring that theirs is the only way?
Guys from Pinnacle Security have been roaming around Fairmount the past few days. They have mixed reviews to say the least…
These guys were roaming around 27th St about 3pm last Thursday knocking on doors. An odd time of day, when most folks are at work–had me wondering if they weren’t a ruse: casing folks’ homes for their own breakin. Ironically, these guys look really, really out of place in our neighborhood: kinda like suburban teenagers looking for lawns to mow.
Unfortunately we just recently signed a contract with Silverline and it’s been the worst mistake we’ve ever made. We feel totally scammed and now pay $50 a month for no more peace of mind than we started wtih AND we have the aggro of constant issues with the system and company. We are trying to find a way to terminate our contract, since we were so severely misled by the sales representative and by the technicians that came to the house, but with all the legal red tape, I doubt it we’ll get very far. Would love to write to Katelyn of channel 8 news, but we’re in Delaware. Very frustrating situation.
Sarah,
Here is her e-mail address:
ksherwood@wric.com
The were by my way but I have worked in a field where I am very aware of Security systems and they were trying to sell me a “free system” with Monitoring what they don’t tell you is this that you are paying for that system with your Monitoring. The other thing they fail to mention is that even with the panic button it takes 2-5 minutes for many monitors to respond and most thieves know that. Here are some better tips buy good Locks for your front and back door. Get to know your Neighbors and watch each others backs. If you still feel you need to invest in a system be sure that you check your installer out first and who will Monitor because that is important.
If they are coming to you with Hard Sales tactics they are more likely not worth going with.
Thanks for the reply, SEW. I saw her address posted further up – it’s just that we’re in Delaware, so it probably wont make a difference.
Sarah #18, it might make a difference. She might do a telephone interview with you. I’d give it a try.
Katelyn with channel 8 posted that back in April, and I don’t know if they ever did a story or not – John M, who moderates this blog, usually posts any other media stories that relate, and he didn’t doo so, so I tend to think that she never completed the story.
To Sarah in Delaware. They just came through Harrington Today. Guy hit me with the same lines. “Crime is up 40% in the area, more home invasions” yada Ada. Told me a tech was installing a system in one of my neighbors houses as we spoke. I asked about another neighbor and he told me that he had them set up for an install tomorrow at 5pm. I didn’t bite and asked for a brochure and a few days to make a decision. He didn’t want to give up any info. So I said I’d call them back next week with an answer. Came in and googled them and saw the problems. Well I went and talked to the neighbor who was going to have the system installed tomorrow only to find out that he had told them no. So the rep lied to me. Found a neighbor who just had it installed and told them what I had found out. They contacted the rep and wanted the system removed. When he arrived he told them that he had me “set up” for an installation next week which was another lie. I just happened to be pulling into my driveway when I saw him outside their house. I and both neighbors confronted him and faced with the 3 of us he couldn’t keep his lies straight. I sent an email to City Hall and contacted a New Journal editor who passed the info on to their crime/cops reporter.
I am a consumer protection lawyer in Petersburg and am looking at a case against Silverline now. We believe my client’s credit was pulled without his permission, and that other consumer protection laws were violated. Those who have had similar experiences with this company would be good witnesses for my client, an elderly gentleman suffering from various disabilities. I would appreciate a call or an email 804.861.6000. dale@pittmanlawoffice.com
well being one of the reps the virginia team was very corrupt. My boss came and asked us to use dirty sales tactics. We were taught not to ask permission for credit checks, to hand people slips and just call them pre-qualification forms.
And to anyone they ask to work for them dont believe the disgruntled employee approach. That I didnt make money. some of the guys on the team were making 11,000 a week but most walked the gray line into blackness. Our boss taught us how to break contracts with other companies having potential customers state that they were being deployed by the military even though they were not attached to any branch at all. Just regular civilians. Though not all of the team was actually corrupt. Mike Richeson was actually a very clean salesman and a nice person. He encouraged, from what I saw, his reps to work as clean as possible. Most of them didn’t participate in the things the others did.
have you guys read the post
http://provo.craigslist.org/lab/2034311457.html in craigslist? here just for posterity, I have nothing to do with that
I worked for these idiots and they took me for seven thousand dollars!! I know a dozen people that these guys ripped off they pay there salesmen a ton then screw the techs to make up for it! I left my family behind for six months and ended up makin half of what they promised me!! Jason Summers and Adam Christinson are Liars!!
I’m an investigator in a regulatory agency with oversight over companies who sell and install security systems. I am interested in seeing if any former employees of Silverline would be willing to speak/correspond with me as I would like to know what type of training, if any, is involved for sales reps.
I would especially appreciate it if darep and somewhere would contact me. The contact would be confidential.
I can be contacted at ricky.roubique@dps.la.gov
Thank you.
Good luck, Ricky Roubique. Looking at your email address, I’m thinking perhaps you are in Louisiana government. That means Church Hill People’s News now has a far reach, if we’re being read in the state of Louisiana!
In which I am contacted by a lawyer and tell thm no:
It’s my understanding from my (always enjoyable) experience with people threatening libel suits that the onus will be on the bringer of the suit to prove that the claims are false. I know a number of the commenters on this thread and am pretty confident that they are telling the truth about their encounters with Silverline — so while I’m not a lawyer, I’m betting they don’t have much of a case.
oh no, a cheap letter from a lawyer!
Without getting into tons of detail, John, this is just silly. Be flattered by the attention, I suppose :).
He is the CEO AND attorney.
Post 26 is the usual but empty threat commonly used by lawyers to instill fear. No one should take it seriously.
I am pretty sure you are not legally responsible for the postings in a public forum. I would tell Mr. corrupt lawyer/CEO to attack his ex-employees on his own.
It’s awesome that if you google Silverline Security Richmond Virginia, this thread is the first result.
hey if you guys would have the wherewithal to post under your real names as many of your neighbors do,you wouldnt put john in the position of being responsible for your comments!yet another reason to act like a real neighbor and not a mystery person.
Buddy, your legal knowledge is a bit lacking. John is not responsible for the comments of any posters, as this is a public forum. That scumbag CEO only sent him a scare letter. It even says clearly in the letter that they know John cannot be held legally responsible. I am glad we have some ex employees commenting on a corrupt business, and that they are smart enough to do it anonymously.
I know you are an older guy, but this kind of stuff is not new. If you have a problem with anonymity, you better stay off the internet.
sounds like the lawyer needs to go back to law school…what a bunch of jibberish. I highly doubt this note was scribed by an attorney.
Adam Christian is not listed as a lawyer with the Virginia State Bar, and if he were acting as corporate counsel he would have to be listed even if he were liscensed in another state. Just for the heck of it, I called their membership department.
Looks like they operate as “Pinnacle” in other states:
http://www.desmoinesregister.com/article/20100221/OPINION01/2210318/Security-system-update-steals-peace-of-mind
Wow, Adam Christian is one dirty mofo.
Mike #38, thanks much for the link, that story was really interesting! That company seems to have ripped off people in quite a few states. John Murden posted in #13 way back last July that they were also representing themselves as Pinnacle Security around the Fairmount neighborhood. Post #25 sounds to me as if they also tried to do some stuff in Louisiana and are now under investigation there…sounds like a wide-spread scam to me.
In addition to which, this guy ‘Adam Christian’ is not licensed to practice law in Virginia, even representing whatever company he claims to represent!
hey james as usual you missed the point. what i said had to do with your lack of integrity in continuing to post snide little comments in a forum which supposedly caters to NEIGHBORS. . dont mistake your cowardice for anything but what it is,a lack of cojones and character. i understand the issue, all iam saying is why make john the lawyers target because you are a pogue? do you have a thing for older men? you keep mentioning my age and frankly its a little creepy. like you……you anonymous toad.
Kayela:
When you say that your husband “signed a deal” with Silverline, did your husband work for them as an independent contractor or did he receive a W-2 at tax time?
Thank you and I’m sorry for your experience.
Original Post: I challenge you to search any company and find zero bad reviews. There are some that will, no matter what, complain. I understand if you didn’t like how you were approached or even if you didn’t want an alarm but I don’t understand how you pass judgment about a company if you really don’t have the knowledge to do so.
Post 1: It sounds like you had an unfortunate experience with Silverline. It’s unfortunate you didn’t allow them to make things right. Did you ask Brinks (ADT) about the cellular? And why on earth would you pay them any money to come reconnect their own system? It seems that this is a good complaint against Brinks, respectively.
Post 2: What merits calling the police? Were they breaking the law by working in your neighborhood? If you don’t want them to come to your door, tell them. Unless there is something unlawful going on you probably shouldn’t waste the time of the Police.
Post 3: Good for you for putting up a sign. When you say “They” perhaps you should define who “they” are. Silverline is one of many companies that market door to door. Here are some of crime details for last summer in Fulton. Fulton is safer than most areas but having an alarm isn’t such a bad idea…

Post 4: You concur that you haven’t any clue what kind of people they are yet you would still pass judgment like you do. Interesting way of thinking…
Post 5: I’m guessing that they didn’t get arrested. If you asked them to leave and they didn’t that probably would merit calling the Police. If you don’t want them there, tell them to leave.
Post 6: Again, why do you insist on wasting the Police time? Did the gentleman leave? I assume he did considering your post didn’t go on about how he stayed. However, I do agree he was wrong not to give you any information about himself or his company. That is wrong and should’ve been handled differently.
Post 7: Call Silverline. Ask them for their side of the story. Or do you just run, one-sided stories?
Post 8: Ha ha ha
Post 9: So he wasn’t with ADT and told you he wasn’t with ADT. I see your concern…
Post 10: Good for you, yell at the guy and swear at him.
Post 11: Aguywithnoname…that’s probably why you got fired, because you have no name. If you really had a case with this “Mormon” thing, you should probably pursue it. But I’m sure Silverline has plenty of reason to have let you go.
Post 12: Ha ha ha
Post 13: You should’ve started your own post about Pinnacle. Not the same company as Silverline
Post 14: Be careful about what you say about looking out of place, Jason Simmons (post 1) might just start a thread about you.
Post 15: A scam would not entail a company leaving you with their name, number, or any contact info for you. A scam would have taken your money and disappeared. I can promise you, if there are serious, legitimate problems, Silverline will take care of you.
Post 16: Thanks
Post 17: So what you’re saying is if you pay for your system you get free monitoring? What company does that? In alarms if you pay for your equipment generally the monitoring is lower, but if the equipment is free, you will pay higher monitoring. And about your comment about hard sales tactics, good luck buying a car…
Post 18: Please contact Silverline ASAP
Post 19: Maybe she just didn’t have enough to go forward with it…that’s interesting
Post 20: Please call Silverline with the name of the Rep that lied to you.
Post 21: I’m interested to see what has happened here.
Post 22: A pre-qualification form…interesting, what does pre-qualify mean? Well, to qualify you probably have to have decent credit. Did you happen to call Silverline and speak to anyone about how you were being trained? Did you talk to Mike Richeson and tell him you weren’t okay with the way things were being taught? You are not a victim. Don’t pretend to be, take some responsibility.
Post 23: You weren’t ever “promised” anything. You were told, however, if you work hard and produce results you will get paid. Or wait, you were one of the reps that were forced to go sell and if you didn’t you were whipped and beaten, right? Come on, again, you’re not a victim. You’re a joke.
Post 24: I’m curious what jurisdiction you have in Virginia.
Post 25: Oh the internet is such a wonderful thing
Post 26: It seems you have overlooked the purpose of this letter. I believe there are some remarks on your blog by past employees. They signed a nondisparagement agreement with Silverline. The remarks are disparaging, violating their contract with Silverline. I don’t see where it is asked of you to identify all of your readers, just those that clearly identify themselves as violating their contact with Silverline. Interesting your approach though…
Post 27: I don’t read a mention of a libel suit. The “suit” that would ensue would be one of violating the nondisparagement agreement each employee signs with Silverline. I’m glad you’re confident that people are telling the truth, but I bet the people you know, aren’t the people targeted by the above letter
Post 28: Oh no, a cheap shot at a lawyer
Post 29: Diddo ?
Post 30: It sounds even better when you say it
Post 31: Someone should. Maybe those that violate their contracts…
Post 32: The letter clearly states, “While I understand that Church Hill News is not legally responsible for the complaints that are posted, the person responsible for the posts are violating the agreement they signed with Silverline Security” I’m confused where you are confused. Read, then reply
Post 33: Totally awesome
Post 34: Read post 35
Post 35: Is he a scumbag because he is trying to hold past employees responsible for their actions or because he’s a lawyer? I must have misread the part where he threatens John. Oh wait, just read it again, it’s not in there
Post 36: I’m pretty sure he’s an attorney.
Post 37: So should he send his law degree with all his letters. I’m pretty sure he wouldn’t claim to be a lawyer and not be one. Perhaps, you should learn how to spell, “license”.
Post 38: You’re some kind of idiot. Pinnacle and Silverline are two different companies.
Post 39: Again, why?
Post 40: *shaking head* Pinnacle and Silverline are two different companies, if you aren’t Louisiana you probably shouldn’t comment for Louisiana (ricky might come after you), and good heck, get over the fact that Adam Christian isn’t licensed in VA. Is every lawyer licensed in every state? No
Post 40: Who are you, the IRS. It doesn’t matter if they were W-2 or 1099
I am confused. What is all that, Richard? Are people actually defending this dirty company?
Just call “Richard” Adam from now on.
I do like how he corrects someone’s spelling and doesn’t know how to spell “ditto”.
OK, so Richard (not the guy from post 6) is the only asshole defending this shady company.
“Post 38: You’re some kind of idiot. Pinnacle and Silverline are two different companies.”
Orly? So two shady security companies just happen to have CEO/lawyers with the same exact names. What are the odds?
To Richard (Rant #42):
From Dictionary.com:
scam
–noun
1. a confidence game or other fraudulent scheme, especially for making a quick profit; swindle.
–verb (used with object)
2. to cheat or defraud with a scam.
No where does it say that a scam takes money and then vanishes. In fact, those who participate in scams stick around in order to be seen as “legitimate,” once people begin to wise up and question them.
Either you are a Silverline shill, an offended Mormon or former Mormon missionary, or you’re Mr. Christian’s 10 year old nephew.
Your rantings are that of a juvenile with little or no understanding of exactly how Silverline, Pinnacle and other like companies operate…or you just don’t care how they do.
You also say, “In alarms if you pay for your equipment generally the monitoring is lower, but if the equipment is free, you will pay higher monitoring.”
If you are paying for your system, whether upfront or hidden in the monitoring fees, how is it “free?” You are as slimy as those who pawn these things off on those who are gullible enough or unable to understand such.
You’re nothing but an accomplice.
I LOVE this company! Everyone posting negative crap is just crazy. I have been a customer for 3 years and I have never had a single problem with the company. I was just googling them in order to renew my contract and I was SHOCKED to read these comments. You people are just feeding off of each other and posting random crap that is completely unsubstantiated. GET A LIFE! This company is great!
Judy, I think the fact that multiple people that are regular posters on here have issues with the reps from this company, makes the claims somewhat substantiated. Besides, I am more inclined to believe 20 regular posters than 2 company defenders that made this their first post on the site.
I cant believe this! i just kicked the sales guy out of my house. First he pounds on my door, i answer and he starts to through his pitch giving me some bogas story about a high speed chase on my street( I live on a dead end). after asking me twice if i was the owner of my house, I let him know that i am and then he invites himself in and walks to my kitchen… OK WTF. he starts to ask me if i really was the owner and not renting. he asked me 3 more times. i asked “why do you keep asking that question? Do i not look like i own a house?” (i am latino by the way) he replied by “NO you do, there are just some people that say they do and really dont” uuhh are you calling me a liar? then he asked me if i was the desicion maker in the house cause he dosnt want to waste time.. WOW! i ended up listening to his sales pitch and start to google reveiws right away, he became real nervous saying htat every company has some bad reviews. Talk about being guilty. He checks to see if i qualify, while I am checking reviews. then he gets his answer and to his surprise I qualify , I mean he is really shocked. I asked why he is so surprise that I got it. “its just a lot of people think they could qualify when they really dont” he says. well he ends up questioning my “decision making title” and says that i can take it or he can give it to someone else. thats were i drew the line. i told him to get out of my house. and told him that he needs to learn how to speak to people. he took his sweet time to leave. Talk about akward silence, was he waiting for me to stop him or something…. Looser. His name was josh davis a maneger for 8 years.
oh james, well said. judy have you ever heard of the first amendment? you should look it up before you start to criticize.
Most of you are people who hate your life, bored, or love negativity. Go look at there BBB rating. Its a A-!!! They have been around for 8 years!! If they were so shady and dishonest do you really think they would have that rating or in that case even be in business? ha Please!
Go look up Disney’s reviews! Every company has its issues. Quit being so negative and trust. Quit being so scared. Thats whats wrong with this country. I am neither a employee of Silverline nor a customer. I was searching online for security systems in baton rouge and I came upon this crap.
@52 – “I am neither a employee of Silverline nor a customer”
So in other words, you don’t know a thing about the company. What a glowing endorsement! Just what I’ve been waiting for to convince me to sign on. Endorsements from random folks in LA who have no knowledge of the company.
Btw, I also think you are full of s— about not being an employee but otherwise, your unbiased endorsement is definitely less than compelling.
Jerry, what is wrong with this country is that there are too many idiots. People who choose to do minimum research and just buy into anything. One could make a comment about the government and our elected officials, but that is a conversation for another time. What you have on this thread is accounts from many people, my neighbors, about shady business practices from this company. By the way, Silverline is listed 2 times in the BBB. One has an -A with 30 complaints, the other has a B with 1 complaint. The Silverline with a B, is closest to us. Anyways, those ratings are nothing to be proud of. ADT has an +A rating in Richmond, just as a point of reference. Try again, Silverline employees…
Alex, I agree 100%.
I have been reading all of these posts and have a few things to say. As a former sales rep for this company I was in this area for no more then a day. I was met with nothing, but hostility and I do realize that it is easier to be completely rude then deal with a sales person. Though I also want to point out that in no other area of Richmond was I met with such rude comments or people. I know it is a major inconvience to have someone bothering you during your much earned free time, but seriously? I was one of the people cussed out on the door steps, guess what I was the least pushy sales man in the office. In every other area I actually had people I would stop and talk to daily. It wasn’t that I was pestering them about security systems, it was that they were kind people.
Also Adam is no longer the CEO of Pinnacle. He left the company for his own reasons. He is actually the lead counsel and CEO of Silverline. The two companies are not the same and never have been.
I’m sorry that your community was less then impressed with our salesmen and I wish I would have wanted to spent more time in that area. It is a truely beautiful area to walk through.
I have seen that people have already said this, but with any company there are shady salesmen. There may have been some with our team in Virginia. I assure you we were trained to be 100% open and honest with any and every customer. If people were doing dirty deals it was on their own merrit not that of the company and should be reported to Silverline.
If you feel you have a legal issue with the company you should call Silverline and try to figure out a solution with them. They have a very good track record of working with people to fix any issues.
As for the BBB ratings I’ve always found its better to look at the overall company’s rating on that site, as well as the local offices. If you look on the site it actually shows that the overall rating for the ENTIRE company is an A- that is an unparalleled rating for a security company. Its also always better to look not only at the number of complaints, but the number of complaints resolved. As far as I can see every complaint on the BBB website has been resolved. That alone speaks to the merit of this company.
silverline security is a total scam They told me that I wouldn’t have to pay for 2 months but ended up charging me anyway and for charging me 55 dollars a month. These folks come to ur house, run!
I just had the system installed last evening. I did not have any issues with the sales person nor the installer.
There were no scare tactics or high pressure used.
There are alot of complaints about the sales reps, but hardly anything posted negatively about the installed system not the service. Please let me know ASAP if you have had subpar service or equiptment failures
Thanks
Eddie in Ohio
I’ve had Silverline security systems in our home, and my small office for almost two years. I’ve zero issues with them except once for a bad sensor, which was changed the next day.
I’ve been happy with them and the reps that have stopped by, my neighbor now also has had their system in their house for just under a year. Talking with him, there were no negative comments. I just wanted to voice my opinion since I’ve read all the above. I’m assuming it’s some “bad nuts” in the bag for sales reps. But, being in the door to door business, I know how this goes, some are bad, some are good. Ownwers dont’ know until their staff is out hitting the streets.
I’ve worked with quite a few companies here in Salt Lake that have much worse reps than what I’ve read above.
Thanks for all the feedback, I hope my experience will be read and look forward to more good experiecnes with Silverline.
Kind regards,
Terri
I notice Adam Christian left no email , phone number or no way to get a
hold of him. Shame on your company for ripping off my 80 YEAR OLD MOTHER THAT IS ON SS. My lawyer will find you and contact you. Every news channel in the country in going to know your name. Your company rips off old people how pathetic. Come visit me at my house buddy I’m a 46 year old disabled Army vet. I have something I would like to show you. I live in cincinnati ohio , 10757 sunliner ct. Come see me. Looking forward to meeting you in person. You slim ball.
Gave these slime balls every opportunity to fix this and do THE RIGHT THING. THE CHRISIAN THING. BUT TO NO AVAIL THEY WOULD RATHER KEEP SCAMMING MY 80 YEAR OLD MOTHER THAT IS ON SS THAN DO THE RIGHT THING. I HAVE FILED A COMPLAINT WITH THE ATTORNEY GENERALS OFFICE ,CONSUMER PROTECTION AGENCY, I suggest you all do the same in your state. They are slime and only care about getting your money they have no morals or sense of right and wrong.THEY SCAM OLD PEOPLE.

The only thing shodier than the company is the living conditions. You guys suck
O and so you all know they did give my mother all her money back. Except for 40+ dollars. They knew they were wrong. Glad they left the door open for a lawsuit though. But the CHRISTIAN thing to do is just let it go. They will pay for their greed some day. NO ONE lives forever. And God always has they last word. Sleep well .
