For Sale

The property at 2211 East Clay Street, owned by 2108 LLC of Charleston, SC, most recently assessed at $56,000, is for sale.
Someone please buy this and turn into a corner market a la Shields.
How much do they want?
2108 LLC is a shell corporation for a “contractor” named Tracy who lives or used to live on 27th St. She and her attorneys/financial backers have owned that and several other places for years and years. They epitomize the word “speculator.”
I guess Tracy (TLC- tracy the lesbian carpenter) ran out of $ in charleston. I could go on, but she is the example of a bad neighbor. The building has 2 walls and clad with tyvek house wrap in the rear. Nuff said. Alamo BBQ should buy the place and sell cold beer from there. Just think. TLC could be a distant memory! FYI Alamo- only give her $13 for the building. Good riddance, TLC!
Does anyone know the asking price?
Yes, Tracy used to live on 27th and moved to SC to be with her family. She is one of the strongest supporters of Central Montessori School. I call that being a good neighbor. Any more trash you wanna talk about #3 and #4?
Would love to see Alamo expand across the street into this building. Alamo Out/Alamo In?
