Shooting on Oakwood

Richmond police are investigating a shooting tonight that critically wounded a man in the East End. Officers were summoned at 7:33 p.m. for a report of random gunfire and found the wounded man in an alley near Oakwood Avenue and R Street, according to police Capt. John O’Kleasky.
