Motley’s will be hosting the 2016 City of Richmond Tax Delinquent Sale on Tuesday, August 23, 2016, at 4:00 PM.
The preliminary list includes 23 properties, eight of which are in the East End. Of the eight, two are from the collection of vacant lots once associated with the Temple of Judah and at least one is a Stacey Martin/Donald Lacey house. Six of the eight properties are vacant lots, at least 4 which have seen a house demolished in the past 10 years.
